That’s the same question I had when I first saw an impressing picture of Tom’s ripped body.
I did some research and found really interesting facts about this guy.
Not only is he the author of Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle, one of the most sold Fat Burning ebooks worldwide (you can read my review here: Burn The Fat Review), no he wrote and published over 200 articles in well-known Fitness and Body Building magazines.
Tom Venuto’s education includes a degree in exercise science and the following two certifications: “Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist” (CSCS) and”Certified Personal Trainer” from the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA).
Tom is not only a top fitness expert, he’s also a Master NLP Practitioner. Losing fat is not only about doing exercises and eat healthy, the mental part is equally important if not even more.
