I often get asked whether I’ve heard about Mike Geary the author of ‘The Truth About Six Pack Abs’. Who is Mike Geary?
Mike Geary is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certfified Nutrition Specialist. He published lots of articles in reputable magazines on- and offline.
